Located just 1.5 miles from the Street Fair at COD; .5 miles
to Starbucks, the grocery store, cleaners, restaurants and
BristolFarms; and only 3 miles to The River entertainment center
or El Paseo shopping center- you'll enjoy and appreciate
this ideal location.

Built in 2003, this home has been custom decorated by Mathis
Brothers Furniture and cared for by the original owners. It is
designed to be enjoyed by a family, with a spacious kitchen and
great room area. 

This is our home for a portion of the year and we make every effort
to keep the house in perfect condition. We ask the same
consideration from our renters. No smoking or pets allowed.

The main house features three bedrooms; a Great Room which
encompasses the kitchen, dining room, and den all in one large open
room. The Great Room seats 12. The gourmet kitchen has granite
countertops and large island; with breakfast area that seats 2.
Fully supplied with dishes and cookware, also a kitchen dining area
that seats 4.

The spacious bedrooms in the main house include a Master
Bedroom/Master Bath (California King bed) with direct access to the
pool area; Queen Bed and twin beds for the other bedrooms with a
fully custom decorated bath.

The attached casita sleeps 2 with a full bath.

All bedrooms feature high quality bedding; new furniture;
ceiling fans; color TV in the Master Bedroom and Queen Bedroom.
The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, ironing
board and supplies. There are ample linens and towels for you to use
during your stay.

The house is fully air conditioned with two independent systems.
Ceiling fans are located in every room, providing a perfect balance
to the temperature both inside and out.

The outdoor area is an entertainer's delight with an outdoor living
room arrangement situated in a covered patio; al fresco dining for
6; lounge furniture around the pool;a full size barbecue and fire
ring.

The full size pool and Jacuzzi, with night lighting
provides the perfect setting for a desert evening.

SPECIAL *** Book 14 nights and we will include one FREE cleaning.  Book 21 nights and we will include two FREE cleanings and the 21st night is FREE!!!

A $1,000.00 Advanced Security Deposit is required with the Rental Agreement to reserve our home.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation.  The balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival.  A non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.00 is required in advance for cleaning of the house at the end of your stay.  Arrangements may be made for weekly cleaning at an additional cost of $125.00 per cleaning.

The Advanced Security Deposit will be refunded once premises are checked and deemed to be in good condition. 

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled 2 weeks prior to arrival, 75% of the Rental Fee will be refunded.  If cancelled 1 week or less prior to arrival, 25% of the Rental Fee will be refunded.  The $1,000.00 Advanced Security Deposit and the $125.00 Cleaning Fee are Non-Refundable.
