Su Casa Venice Beach Suites in Venice Beach

We are a 12 suites boutique hotel located on the boardwalk in
Venice Beach above the landmark Figtree's Cafe and very near many
local attractions, bars and restaurants, trendy shops, yoga studios,
antique stores, and health food stores. 

Most of our suites are one bedroom, one bathroom suites with the exception of our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage. The cottage accomodates 8 people. It has three bedrooms, den, family room with sofabed, full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It has a patio ideal for entertaining. We've had bachelor parties, slumber parties, sweet sixteen and chaperoned graduation parties.

Fully equipped kitchen, DSL internet/cable TV in every room, queen
size beds with green environmentally safe mattresses, smoke free
environment, on site restaurant -- Figtree's Cafe, a Venice landmark,
maid service, laundry, room service, free local and toll phone calls.

Right outside our door, in the Venice Boardwalk, the show starts
early. Walk to the world famous Muscle Beach while enjoying the view
and the Venice Beach performers. Bike ride or rollerblade in and out
of the hotel,take the bike path or boardwalk and travel miles north
or south. Go swimming and surfing in the ocean at our doorstep or
horsebackriding in Malibu. Disneyland, Universal Studios, Seaworld
and Legoland between 1 and 2 hours away. Travel to the Mexican
border, have lobster for lunch and come back in the afternoon. Go to
Downtown LA and Pasadena museums 45-55 minutes away. Go antiquing in
Manhattan and Redondo Beach 20 minutes away, visit the Third Street
Promenade in Santa Monica, just 5 minutes from our hotel and go to
the movies, have dinner or simply enjoy the street performers.

Single Suite: 187/night; $1100/week;
Deluxe Suite (larger): $190/night; $1200/week;
One Bedroom (open plan): $289/night; $1800/week;
Larger One Bedroom (w/door): $349/night; $2200/week; three bedroom cottage $650 per night all three rooms plus den, $3500 a week, $10,500 per month.
Hotel Tax: 14%
Parking: $15/night
All suites are fully furnished and have a modern kitchen. Some suites
have ocean views and others have balconies, but no suite has both.
We offer room service, 50% off the price of breakfast between 8 and 10 am,specials on meals at our Figtree's Cafe; fully equipped kitchens, offsite parking, laundry facilities on the premises, maid service once a week, on-site restaurant.
