Vacation Rental Description

A Spectacular Open Water View of Lake Conroe from this 2 bedroom/2 
bath luxury condo.  Tie up your boat or jet skis just steps away 
from the refreshing pool.  Easy access to I-45, Houston and George 
Bush International Airport (IAH).  Great restaurants and bars, 
shopping, fishing, and golf courses are nearby.  Boat ramp, boat 
rentals, and jet ski rentals very close by.  Covered parking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sleeps 6.  Completely furnished with washer/dryer.  Queen bed in 
both bedrooms and 4 twin deluxe plush air mattresses if needed.  All 
linens and appliances are included.  Kitchen is fully equipped.  
Just bring your food!  Leather sofas and two bar stools, along with 
a dining table and four chairs, and patio furniture. 
If you would like to bring your own boat, you can tie it up for 72 
hours at the boat dock in front of the condo, or longer with 
permission.

Activities and Attractions

A great place to get away.  
Water sports on the lake, poolside relaxing, golfing, bird watching, 
hiking, fishing, canoeing, churches, and shopping are all part of 
the Lake Conroe lifestyle.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate:  $750.00 - $1050.00 Plus Security Deposit.
Monthly Rate:  Call for Rates.
Security Deposit required to reserve.  Two weeks cancelation 
notice to receive refund of deposit.
