Schultz's Serene Shores on Dam Lake in Eagle River, WI, offers four
season lodging just southwest of downtown Eagle River on the 5 lake
Sugar Camp Chain in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex home (the other
side is not a rental and is vacant most of the time). The home has
275' of sandy shoreline with a beach and is on 10 acres on the water
with an additional 50 acres abutting to the Amerian Legion State
Forest for hunting, hiking, biking and exploring. The home has a
queen size bed in the master bedroom and a set of twin beds in the
second bedroom. The living room has a spectacular view of the lake
and has a woodburning fireplace and a queen size sofa sleeper. The
home has a brand new beautiful country kitchen overlooking the
woods. There is a lakeside deck with a million dollar view of Dam
Lake. The Sugar Camp Chain has a total of 2300 acres of water and
includes Dam Lake, Sand Lake, Stone Lake, Echo Lake, and Chain Lake.
This is a wonderful body of water with Canadian like backwaters for
excellent fishing and exploring and for the photographers there are
abundant eagle, osprey and loon nests. This property is ideal for
hunting as you walk from your door onto 50 acres of private woods
abutting the American Legion State Forest. In the Winter, snowmobile
from your door onto hundreds of miles of the best groomed and marked
trails in the country, as the Eagle River Sno-Eagles, St. Germain Bo-
Boen and Sugar Camp Snowmobile trails all merge at Dam Lake.

water ski shows, historical museums, antiquing. We are conveniently
located between Eagle River and St. Germain for ease in dining out at
the areas finest restaurants and for shopping in all the areas unique
stores and all the fests held in the area thruout the year such as
Watermelon Days, Apple Fest, Cranberry Fest, and Klondike Days. There
are also 2 restaurants on this chain open for lunch and dinner that
are accessible by boat.
