chairs to catch some sun!
- All towels and dishwear is furnished

15 golf courses with in 10 a minute drive. Tons of shopping and 
restruants close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season: January - April $795.00 per week. Monthly $2895.00
1 week min. during peak season

Mid Season:  October - December $650.00 per week. Monthly $2295.00

Low Season:  May - Sept $450.00 per week. Monthly $ 1600.00

Rates do not include a $180.00 charge for cleaning. All renters 
agree to a $500.00 damage deposit which will be refunded within 7 
buisness of departure. A 50% deposit is required to hold all 
reservations. All major credit cards accepted. Personal checks 
welcome too.
