Vacation Rental Description

This is a stunning 4 bedroom family home with a living room and dining room adjacent property.  We have 
exquisite views of the ocean and mountains that makes this property serene and cozy.

We have exactly 2.5 bathrooms in the house.  Some of the amenities offered include board games for staying in 
fun like chess, foosball and checkers.  There is a 2002 Cadillac Escalade available for rental as well starting at 
$150.00 per day if needed.

Talia Ranch is a fully operational coffee farm that allows us to provide a free bag, a pound of coffee to each 
rentee.  Green fields of grass surround the property creating neatly tucked away hideaway feel while staying 
with us.

We here at Talia Ranch strive for excellence when and while renting out our property.  Because of this we are 
constantly updating our property furnishing it with comfortable, personable appliances and furnishings fit for 
Kings & Queens so when considering vacationing wiht us keep in mind that Talia Ranch is just not a vacation 
rental but a home away from home......

$1000 Deposit Which Will go towards the payment after Review of the
House is Done.
Deposit is due one month before arrival.
