Vacation Rental Description

acres.  Relax on a large screened porch overlooking wooded lot.  The 
house features a large master bedroom with walk-in shower.  TV with 
satellite in all rooms, to include big screen TV in living room.  
Dining area for 12.  Large 3-car garage.  Standby generator makes 
this house a safe bet anytime of the year.  Inside laundry.

Vacation Rental Amenities

In addition to being fully-furnished, this house comes with all 
linens, towels, dishes, cookware.  Large gas grill.  One room is 
setup for children, complete with PS2 and a large video library for 
kids. Many extra amenities are included, such as golf clubs, 
bicycles, and fishing gear.  Take time to relax and enjoy fishing in 
the river on the property.  The large screened porch has plenty of 
seating and an excellent view of the setting sun every evening.  
Boat rental, chartering, babysitting, and grocery shopping services 
available. RV and boat parking available on site.  On site horse 
boarding available.

Activities and Attractions

Being located in Central Florida, this house is close to 
everything.  Tampa and Orlando are minutes away.  Disney, Busch 
Gardens, Detroit Tigers Spring Training, Sun-n-Fun Fly-In, 
Zephyrhills Skydiving Center, many championship golf courses, and 
outstanding fishing are all close.  This house is in a quiet, 
secluded area that is only minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Vacation Rental Rates

$800 - 1200 per week.  Monthly and nightly rates also available. 
All major credit cards accepted.
$500 refundable deposit
$75 cleaning fee if less than 7 nights.
All rentals subject to Florida tourist tax.
