restaurants around the Yacht Basin. On-site pool available for

Cancellation Policy:  If cancellation notification is made 30 days  
or more prior to arrival date - 100% deposit will be refunded. If  
cancellation notification is made 29 days or less prior to arrival  
date - 25% cancellation fee will apply.
