A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation (personal  
checks accepted). The balance of the rental fee is due at least one  
week before your arrival date. 
 
Cancellation Policy:  If cancellation notification is made 30 days  
or more prior to arrival date - 100% deposit will be refunded. If  
cancellation notification is made 29 days or less prior to arrival  
date - 25% cancellation fee will apply.
