Located on the east side of Seneca lake adjacent to Lodi point state
park, this contemporary 2000 sq. foot lake level home has 3 large
bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The great room is 26x17 with 20'
cathedral ceilings and features a beautiful natural stone fireplace
for your enjoyment. All rooms are spacious, bright and fully
furnished. It is a perfect place for that romantic weekend get away or for a fabulous gathering
with friends and family. We are situated in the heart of wine country so get some friends together
and stay for a weekend of wine tasting and touring!
The property has an 80' dock for sunning, fishing and relaxing with a boat hoist for your use that
will support up to a 3000 lb. boat.
The property is located 200 yards from Lodi state park which has a
public boat launch.

there are over 20 wineries for you to visit,including Wagner's,
Standing Stone, and Hazlitt's. In Watkins Glen you will find the
famous race track and several areas to shop, hike, and dine.

Nightly rate available after Labor Day. $300.00 per night for up to 6 people. An additional
charge for over 6. Two night minimum rental.
Labor Day-June 30th {2009}$1500.00 per week for house. Nightly rate also available during this time.
July 1st-Labor Day {2009} $2000.00 per week for house
