Pleasant and welcoming Bear Lake six bedroom cabin is located 
in Buttercup Estates in Garden City. It is a perfect vacation spot 
any time of the year. Enjoy our cabins views of the "Caribbean of 
the West" while sitting on the large wrap around deck.  

NOW TAKING RESERVATIONS FOR 2008  Housekeeping charged at 
the end of your stay.  No smoking or pets.  Sales & Bed tax of 10% will be added to the price.

Sleeps 20 in beds & sofa-sleepers (Pillow-tops: 1 king, 2 queens, 2 full, 2 twins) 
Over 3000 sq ft with 1 great room, 1 loft and “game room” in the basement w/ sleeping. 
Located near the snowmobile & ATV trail which accesses the Hardware Ranch Complex.  Over 350 miles 
of groomed trails thru National Forest-unbelievable views and scenery.  
Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 15-20 minutes away and is one of Utah's best kept secrets. Over 
664 ski-able acres, Beaver has well-maintained slopes, northeastern exposure for morning sun and 
avalanche-free conditions. 
Extensive views of Bear Lake’s turquoise blue waters 
Located in Garden City just up the hill from the Garden City park with lake access, playground and 
basketball court. 
Big grass areas, great for flag football, badminton, croquet, etc.

Bear Lake is located only 2.5 hours SE of Jackson Hole, WY and is 
considered the Gateway to the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National 
Parks.
