Vacation Rental Description

Newly renovated June 2007.  
2 BR cottage located in quiet area on a dead end street.  1 block 
from private sandy Humarock beach.  The backyard is along a marsh 
and across the street is the south river.  Shopping and dining are 
within walking distance.  One bedroom has a queen bed and the second 
bedroom has a set of twin beds.  There is also a sleep sofa.  The 
house comfortably sleeps 4-6 people.  Marshfield is ideally located 
about 20-25 miles south of Boston (and north of Plymouth virtually 
eliminating the Cape Cod traffic). No pets please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

TV, VCR/DVD, cable, charcoal grill, outside shower, enclosed porch, 
coffee maker, microwave, and cooking utensils provided.

Activities and Attractions

Minutes from Plymouth Rock, biking, golf, miniature golf, whale 
watching, boating, shopping, and resturants. Every August is the 
Marshfield Fair.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Security deposit of $250
Weekly rate $800-1200 June-September
Weekend, Weekly or monthly rental available 
Seasonal rental September-May available
