Vacation Rental Description

This newly constructed  oceanfront home  is situated 100' from a private beach on 2.5 quiet 
acres near North Lake Harbor.  Wonderful unobstructed ocean and farm views from every 
room.  Four bedrooms (3 up/1 down) will sleep 8 comfortably.  (One of the two double beds 
is located on the first floor).  Open floor plan with exposed beams and wood floors. Two 
baths,outdoor shower, and 60' deck allows you to enjoy summer breezes all day long. 
Watch the boats leave/return to the harbor from the fully applianced kitchen with breakfast 
bar.

Activities and Attractions

Walk to the fishing harbor down the road that  offers daily fishing trips/excursions and 
seafood off the dock. Tuna season is an event not to be missed.  Close to beaches at South 
Beach, Bothwell and Basin Head.  Visit East Point lighthouse, the railroad museum, and 
enjoy great bike riding (rentals available) on the Confederate Bike Trail located within a 
few miles.  Additional activities and attractions include:

     • Elliot's  country store for gas,  milk, bread, hardware, dvd rentals, etc.  
     • Traditional lobster dinners at St. Margaret''s Church  
     • Visit the town of Souris banks, grocery stores, shopping mall, liquor store, hospital,     
        restaurants, ferry to les îles de la Madeleine, and . . . Robin's Donuts & Coffee Shop.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season:   July 1st — August 31st 
2,500.00 per week plus 7% GST & 10% PST 
9,000/monthly;   16,000/July & August

Low Season:   April 27th — June 30th  &  September 1st — November 1st                    
1200.00 per week plus 7% GST & 10% PST

(GST is refunded if visiting from outside Canada or renting monthly)
All rates are subject to Provincial Sales Tax of 10%.
 
$500.00 deposit to hold a reservation.
