The house is located in The Village of Summerhill about 5 minutes from Southern Trace
Shopping Center featuring Publix, six restuarants, and many shops. It is a short drive to
the two town squares. The Villages is complete with shopping, entertainment, health care
facilities, hospital, wellness center, daily paper, and their own radio and TV stations.

Beautiful 1627 square feet, fully furnished Corpus Christi Ranch house. Both bedrooms
have queen-size beds. Features an open living design with vaulted ceilings which gives the
kitchen, dining area and living room a lovely spacious feeling. Built in 2004 with many
upgrades. The screened lanai faces south and is sunny in the morning, noon and late
afternoon-a place for dining and relaxing.

Phone, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV with DVD and VHS, washer
and dryer, well equipped Kitchen, dishwasher, linens and towels provided.
The den is furnished with a hide-a-bed, desk, TV, and recliner. Many
churches are located in The Villages. Located 70 miles from Disney World,
makes The Villages convenient.

Play 9 or 18 holes of golf nearby. Walk a couple of blocks to the Summerhill
Pool where you can swim and sunbathe. Bocci ball and shuffleboard courts
are nearby and live music and entertainment is provided every night at the
town squares for ballroom and line dancing. Recreation centers provide
facilities for tennis, pickleball, softball, horseshoe, billiards, classes for
hobbies, bingo and cards. Two theaters and many bowling alleys are
available for your entertainment.
A $50 fee is required when you register for the use of The Village facilities.
