home is meticulously furnished and cared for by the original owners.

A great room floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and every amenity
including a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, large island,
GE Monogram appliances with 5 burner gas stove, two convection ovens
and a walk in pantry. The light and sunny breakfast area features a
teak table made from an antique Thai rice bowl. Other interesting
furniture pieces include a wooden Balinese door which is used as a
coffee table and a handmade teak dining table for 8.

The spacious master bedroom includes a California King bed and has
direct access to the pool and jacuzzi. The master bath is done in
travertine with designer tub and shower.

All bedrooms feature high quality bedding, new furniture and ceiling
fans as well as full mirrored wardrobe doors. Guest room one is a
queen sized bed and guest room two is a new sofa sleeper.

Large launday room features a full size washer and dryer, ironing
board and supplies. There are ample linens, towels and pool towels
for your stay.

The house is fully air conditioned with two independent systems and
ceiling fans are located throughout the house and patio.

The outdoor area, private pebble tec pool and jacuzzi with waterfall
are perfect for beautiful evenings in the desert. Two patio tables
and a built in gas BBQ are nestled into the professionaly landscaped
backyard.

Cleaning fee of $150.00 per rental will be applied.
$500.00 Security deposit will be required and refundable upon
inspection of property.
Full payment due 30 days prior to rental.
