den/office that can easily accommodate a queen-size bed which is
provided to sleep six. Located at Wolf Creek Resort in Trapper’s
Ridge it is three doors away from the Trapper’s Ridge Club House
which has a fitness center and large hot tub and in the summer an
outdoor heated swimming pool. Powder Mountain and Wolf Mountain are
just six short miles from the front door. A beautiful 20-minute
drive takes you to fabulous Snowbasin, home of the 2002 Olympic
downhill racing slopes as well as the very European-style, Earl’s
and Needle’s Lodges.

Satellite HDTV’s (2) with 100 channels, high-speed wireless Internet
in club house,
DVD players (2), radio with CD player, land line telephone,
gas log fireplace, gas forced air heat, air conditioning, top of
line kitchen appliances. Laundry room with washer and dryer. The
kitchen is fully equipped. There are plenty of towels and linens.
The entire house is nicely furnished in the Mission Style. From the
patio you have mountain and lake views. The garage will accommodate
your car. Snow removal provided as needed.
No Smoking and No Pets.

Winter Sports:
Skiing(night & day), snowboarding, Cross-Country Skiing, Heli-
skiing, Snowmobiling, Sleigh Rides, and lots of special local
events.
Spring Sports:
Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, birding, all water sports i.e.
Swimming, boating, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, etc.

Rental rates for this home are;
Jan 3rd to Dec 20--------------$ 210/day 4 night min.
        $850/week or $2200/month
December 20th thru Jan 2nd one week minimum
A non-refundable cleaning charge of $100.00 with reservation.
A $200.00 security/damage deposit is required in advance to confirm
a reservation. Security/damage deposit payments, less any charges
incurred, will be refunded 30 days after departure. Total rental
charge is due 20 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made
within 20 days of arrival, total balance, including security/damage
deposit is due immediately. If any payment is late we have the right
to cancel reservation. WE ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AND DISCOVER CARDS.
