Thanks for your interest in our wonderful home for rent. As the original builders and owners, we have  
made many wonderful memories at this house and it’s now time to let other families make memories of  
their own. 
Everything is simply “turn-key” We have tried to make everything simple as possible for immediate  
occupancy or rental. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities of home. Washer/Dryer, new  
kitchen appliances and satellite television are a few.  
Close to all the best the Gulf Coast of Florida has to offer.  Being close to all the boating,  
fishing, swimming, camping and hunting you can handle makes this the ideal location to relax, retire,  
rent or vacation. This area is famous for scalloping during the season and you are only 12 miles to  
the Gulf. A full 100 feet of river frontage with a floating 40 foot dock is perfect for the boat,  
kids or Summer barbeque.  
 Built by my family throughout the 1980’s and only used as a primary residence for 2 years. The roof,  
seawall, refrigerator and microwave are all less than 3 years old with a deep water well less than 5  
years old. Interior walls are cypress and ceiling throughout living area is cedar.Less than 1 hour  
from Gainesville.
