furnished. It includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining
room, eat-in kitchen, snack bar, all kitchen appliances, screened
porch, washer and dryer, and 1/1/2 car garage. All linens and
kitchenware is provided.

The village of sunset point is a scenic neighborhood that features a
world of golf and recreation that is minutes from all the action
around Market Square on Lake Sumter Landing. There is an adult pool
at the Sunset Pointe neighborhood recreation center and a family pool
and tennis at the Hibiscus Village Rec. Center. The Heron and the
Pelican executive nine hole golf courses are right around the corner,
and at the Cane Gardens Country Club you can play 27 holes of
beautiful and challenging championship golf.

Golf- tennis-swimming-bowling-softball-polo-horseshoes-shuffleboard-
dance clubs and classes-bingo-bridge etc. Within the villages you
have access to movie theatres, shopping centers, churches, hospital,
2 town squares with nightly entertainment.

Only an hour and half from Orlando International Airport, Disney, Sea
World and Universal Studios. Also Bush Gardens in Tampa and close to
many Spring training camps for major league baseball.
