This beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo is close to
the Lincoln National Forest and Sierra Blanca. The turn off to Ski Apache is within 1/4 mile distance from our location. The big decks and full ceiling to floor windows provide
views of the forest and the deer as they feed and wander through the
mountain. A large fireplace and comfortable couch are great for
watching it snow. Everything is freshly painted and remodeled. There
is a king in the master bdr, a queen in the 2nd bdr, a
double in the 3rd bdr, and a queen sleeper sofa in living room. We are about 10 minutes from Midtown Ruidoso.

Cable TV in every room. Also provided are dvd players and/or
VCR's. There are DVD's, VCR tapes, toys, and games for children and
adults. Full kitchen with everything provided, microwave, ice
maker, washer/dryer, gas grill, and all linens are provided.Ceiling
fans throughout and full baths with tubs and showers. Central
heating and parking enough for several vehicles and wood for
fireplace. We also have Wi-Fi internet access and air conditioning in the summer.

There is a heated pool open for the summer. Great hiking, mountain biking,
fishing, great golfing, casino,and horse racing.Skiing, snow
boarding in the winter. Ruidoso is 10 minutes away and has great
shopping, museums, plays and much more.
Great entertainment for children...go carts, bumper cars, putt putt
golf and city pool with water slide.
