New luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Bear Lake Reserve which is a gated mountain resort community located between Cashiers and Sylva,and is only 45 minutes from beautiful Highlands. The condo has incredible views of Bear Lake and is overlooking the fabulous Lake Club (above picture is view from the deck). Watch the family swim and play right from the back porch. It's just a short walk down the trail to the clubhouse where you can swim in the lake or pool, sit in one of the hot tubs, canoe or kayak, work out in the state-of-the-art gym with it's sauna and steam room, or just sit back and read in the library or watch a movie in the theater. On-site motor boat rental available, (pontoon or ski-boats). Or you may choose to explore the community and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds, hike the many groomed trails, or even camp out in the Tee Pee or just decide to have s'mores around one of the many outdoor fireplaces. There's an activities director on-site and a full service restaraunt and bar located right at the Lake Club. You will never run out of things to do! The Summit golf course offers nine holes of the most breathtaking views you have ever seen.
The condo is a one story with no stairs to climb inside or out, it has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed with a 37"tv, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, also with a tv/dvd player. The family room has a 52" tv with home theater system, gas fireplace w/remote. There is high-speed wireless internet access, Ipod and Serius hook-ups, so just bring your equipment. There is also unlimited local and long distance calls. The sofa is also a queen sleeper. The kitchen has a gas stove, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. There is a deck overlooking the lake with two Adirondack rocking chairs and one chaise lounge.
