professionally decorated home. Everything is brand new including
all furniture, bedding, linens and dishes.
For your enjoyment there is a spacious living room with a fireplace,
a private dining room with seating for 8, a family room with a bar
and a brand new 52" HD television complete with a DVD player, and
cable.
The kitchen is beautiful with its granite counters and is perfect to
cook that gourmet meal complete with all cooking equipment
There is also an eating area in the kitchen for less formal meals.
There are 5 bedrooms plus a large loft for sleeping. The master
bedroom is very large with a separate seating area. The master bath
has a large tub and shower and plenty of closet space.
There is a separate laundry room complete with detergent and fabric
softener.
In the backyard is a large sparkling swimming pool and spa. There
is a gas BBQ for grilling, and plenty of seating to enjoy the Las
Vegas weather.
We also have exercise equipment in the 3 car garage for your use.
This home is very comfortable for large groups.

$350 per night. 3 Night Minimum.
$125 Non refundable cleaning fee.
Payment: 50% due at time of booking to reserve dates, balance due
on
arrival.
Deposit: $500 security deposit due upon arrival, and will be
refunded if there are no damages.
Optional daily cleaning service available.
Personal chef available on daily basis.
Caterer available with wedding packages.
Please note that DJ's are not allowed to set up equipment outside
(inside only).
