and snack bar, new bathroom, new cottage style furniture.  Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes,  
utencils, pots, pans, etc.  All Linens included.  Private patio outside of unit.   Bedroom has King  
size bed.  Guest bedroom has daybed with pull out/pop up trundle.  Queen size sofa sleeper in living  
room.  First Floor unit with parking right outside unit. 
 
Both condo's located next door to the Naples Beach Club Hotel so you can walk over for drinks at the  
sunset bar or restaurant overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  Or you can walk there for Golf or Tennis.   
1 mile to downtown Naples 5th Ave. shops and restaurants. 
 
Condo complex has pool right on the Beach.
