I rent a condo that is right on the beach in Carolina Beach, NC.
The 3rd Floor spot provides spectacular views of the ocean, especially during sunrise, absolutely breathtaking!!! Beach path on property for safe and convienent access to beach! The area has everything to offer for a relaxing vacation: Great Beaches, the NC Aquarium, Fort Fisher, Great Restaurants, Putt Putt, Charter Fishing, Golf Courses, a lively Carolina Beach Nightlife, just a short drive to the Historic Downtown of Wilmington and much much more!!!!
In order to keep the price of renting low I request my occupants to clean the condo to the level it was received in for a full deposit refund. A cleaning service is available for a fee.

Our family takes a one-week beach vacation every year. This Condo and location was one of the best we have experienced. It's right on the beach, beautiful views from the 3rd floor, and lots of inside space. My husband and I took two teenage boys and my 21 year old daughter; we had a blast. The vacation was inexpensive without giving up on great views, beautiful beach, walking distance to great food, bike rentals (which the boys used for 5 days to travel farther out). TV Internet, good appliances 2 full bathrooms. All very affordable.

Hands-down, its the best family beach vacation for parents, kids, teenagers and young adults. Highly recommend.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway

Beachfront Vacation!

My daughter and I were visiting from the SF Bay Area to see our son/brother and granddaughters/nieces. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, whimsically decorated, and perfectly placed vacation spot. The views and accessibility to the beach were fantastic! The owners, Tim and Leslie, made everything come together with ease and no stress (especially considering we were making the arrangements from across the US!). My only "complaint" was that we didn't have more time to spend there! We highly recommend this vacation property for your family! Many thanks to Tim and Leslie!

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

The property was very well kept and convenient to shopping and resturaunts. You are about 30 yards from a beautiful, uncluttered and fabulous beach. The owners and manager are4 extremely nice people that are concerned with you having a great vacation experience. Thank You to Heather, Tim and Leslie ! We will be back next year...
