Vacation Rental Description

This elegant townhome is located several blocks from Canyon Road and 
within walking distance of the Plaza.  Situated on a hillside, it 
affords total privacy and magnificent views for the discriminating 
renter.  The entry level has a two-car garage, fully-furnished 
gourmet kitchen, dining room, living room, bath with shower, laundry 
and two decks.  The large deck off of the kitchen has a giant custom 
charcoal grill fit for the finest grilling and smoking.  The living 
room, with kiva fireplace, opens onto a deck that affords panoramic 
views of Atalaya Peak and Sun and Moon Mountains.  Watching a full 
moon rise from behind Atalaya is a special treat.  Sip your morning 
coffee in the private, walled garden entryway.
Two guest bedrooms and a bath with tub/shower are located down a 
flight of stairs from the living room.  Guest bedroom #1 has a queen 
bed, and guest bedroom #2 has a day bed with pop-up trundle, which 
can convert to a king or twin beds.  Both rooms have large closets.  
A patio is located off this level, as well as a Koi pond.
Up a short flight of steps from the living room, you will find a 
generous master suite furnished with a king bed.  The master bath has 
a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and dual sinks decorated with Mexican tile.  A 
very large deck off the master bedroom provides unobstructed views of 
Atalaya peak.
There is a den/library up 8 steps from the master suite landing that 
has views to the west toward the Jemez Mountains and Los Alamos.  The 
den has a sleeper sofa which opens into a queen bed, kiva fireplace, 
and generously appointed library.  WiFi access is in the den.  
Televisions with cable hookup are in the living room, den, master 
bedroom, and guest bedroom #1.  Throughout the house you will find 
original artwork by some of Santa Fe's best-known artists.
Stroll to dinner at Geronimo or El Farol, return to your quiet oasis 
and watch the moon rise.  
Because it is multi-level, this home is not suitable for the 
physically handicapped.  The property is not suitable for small 
children because of the steps and the koi pond.
