1 BR/Loft in the Village with Reserved Covered Parking in Northstar

This one bedroom/loft unit is located in the Village at Northstar.
It is in the center of all the action – steps from the Gondola, the
skating rink and all the shops and restaurants. There is no need to
ever wait for a shuttle. You are staying right in the Village!
Pull into your reserved, covered parking space and take the elevator
up to your unit. You may not need your car again during your stay -
almost everything is within walking distance. While skiing, going
home for lunch couldn’t be easier.
The unit easily sleeps six. There are two queen beds in the loft
bedroom and a pull-out queen bed inside the living room sofa.
The unit has free high-speed wired or wireless internet service.
There is a gas fireplace, air conditioning, cable TV, DVD/VCR player
and a stereo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator,
stove, microwave and dishwasher. Family friendly extras include a
high chair, a rice cooker and a blender. The balcony has a BBQ and
chairs to sit and people watch. There are coin operated washers and
dryers on the same floor.

The rental includes free access to the Northstar Recreation Center.
It is only a two minute walk across the parking lot. The fitness
room has aerobic machines, weight machines and free
weights. There are three outdoor hot tub spas, a main pool, a year-
round lap pool and a kiddie’s pool. The youth center has video
games, pool tables, ping pong, air hockey machines, a movie room,
vending machines and more. The Tennis Center is rated one of the
top 25 tennis camps in the U.S. Check out the scheduled lessons and
social events at the rec center!

In the winter, Northstar offers amazing skiing for all ability
levels. In addition, there is a Terrain Park and a Super Pipe for
snowboarders. There is even a snowtubing park. Northstar’s kids
and family programs are often ranked among the Best in the Country
by USA Today and Ski Magazine. There are private and group lessons
for children. The resort also offers licensed childcare for
children ages 2-6.
During the summer, the resort offers an 18-hole golf course, a
mountain bike park serviced by two high-speed quad chairs, tennis,
horseback riding, hiking and fly fishing. The Lake Tahoe area is
full of fun during the summer. The Fourth of July celebration
boasts the largest synchronized fireworks display west of the
Mississippi.

Ski Season - Non Holiday.......$200/night (plus $20 tax + cleaning fee)
Ski Season - Holidays..........$250/night (plus $25 tax + cleaning fee)
Non Ski Season.................$100/night (plus $10 tax + cleaning fee)
Cleaning fee (for one-time cleaning after you leave) is $100.  Cleaning fee is $150/200 if you leave on a Holiday/Sunday.
A security fee of $100 will be charged up front and refunded within
two weeks after check-out if there is no damage.
