Vacation Rental Description

  Special of $600 for the weeks in Aug and Sept.
 The special includes Rosa 6 days, cooking if you want and cleaning.
        Come to this lovely home and let Rosa spoil you. The beach is 30 
yards from your door.
 With 3 bedrooms & 2 baths, the house has an unobstructed view 
of the ocean and the island of Cozumel from the living & dining area, 
the kitchen, master bedroom, and patio. 

A spiral staircase leads to the roof from the upstairs patio for all-
day sunning. The lower level has a large entrance foyer, 2 bedrooms 
with ocean-view, and 1 bath. The house is decorated with bright 
island colors and murals.

A full-time maid comes everyday except Sunday — at no extra cost to 
you! She handles all household chores: cleaning, making the beds, and 
laundry. If you have personal laundry, please ask.

For those of you who like to sleep-in, or want a little privacy, her 
hours can be adjusted to fit your needs.

We also have a menu of meals available that she will prepare.  

It's a short walk into Playa del Carmen to all the tourist 
attractions, restaurants and nightlife.

We provide all purified drinking water.

per week; 3 bedroom $1550 per week

Holidays: 1 bedroom $2800 per week; 2 bedroom $2900 per week; 3 
bedroom $3000 per week
