cookware, dishes, linens, and have a balcony off the master bedroom 
and living room that gives you side views of the gulf and 
intercoastal waters. TV,VCR,DVD in living room and TV in each 
bedroom.Very Family oriented property on the quiet end of the Island.

Large Balcony, Swimming pool-indoor/outdoor and heated in the winter.
Private boardwalk to the beach.undercover parking. washer and dryer.

Activities and Attractions

There is shopping, resturants, night life, all right on the island.
Destin is only 6 miles. There is also a shuttle service that will 
take you to Destin or any of the areas in Ft Walton Beach. There is 
a fitness center on site and tennis courts available.The pool is an 
indoor/outdoor pool located on the beach side of the condo. The pool 
is heated in winter months.There is golf, water parks, jet skiing 
and parasailing near by.Local phone calls are free.

2007 and 2008 rates

March 13th-April 16- $165.00-$176.00 night or $990.00-1056.00 week
May  25th- June 30th- $170.50-$181.50 night or $1023.00-1089.00 week 
July 1st-Aug-5th-  $185.00 night or $1110.00 week + tax
                     SPECIAL RATES!!!!!
      April 17th - May 24th  AND  August 5th-March 13th 
        $125.00 night or $750.00 week + tax
                  Minimum 3 night stay
MONTHLY RATES- October-March 15th----$1075.00-$1150.00+tax and clean
