Secluded Beach House in Southampton

Beautifully maintained beach house on secluded private lane. The
house is on a sliver of land between the ocean and bay, in Watermill
just East of Southampton. It is directly on Mecox Bay, while at the
same time only 100 yards from the ocean beach. It is 2 miles from the
Village of Watermill and 2.5 miles from Southampton Village.

This beach house allows you to enjoy the Hamptons while, if you so
desire, avoiding the crowds.

Master bedroom has a plush King Sized bed, TV and two closets. Second
bedroom has two single beds and also has two closets.

The living room has truly gorgeous views of Mecox Bay, the setting sun
and birds and swans nesting nearby. Cook breakfast, lunch or dinner in
a well-appointed kitchen and entertain in the dining area, which has a
table that can accommodate 8 guests, or on either the back or front
decks, each fitted with tables, umbrellas and chairs.

If it's just for two, bring that great bottle of wine and have a drink
while watching the sunset from the two adirondack chairs out back near
the water, or stroll down to the beach with our large authentic picnic
basket that comes with plates, glasses, tableware and a blanket.

The main bathroom, situated off the hallway between the two bedrooms,
has both a sink and toilet. A second bathroom, which has a second
door leading outside, has a large shower stall and is the perfect
place to wash off when coming back from the beach.

The beach is only 100 yards away. If you walk there any morning at
8:00am, you are likely to be the ONLY person there!
The Villages of Watermill and Southampton are each only 5 minutes away
by car.

The house is available for a two week period between during June or
July. Asking $3,500-4,800/week (depending upon the week). Why not
enjoy the week of July 4 and more in the Hamptons!
