Vacation Rental Description

Angel's Halo is a beautiful newer two story, cedar sided home with  
wonderful decor inside and out. This house is Strictly Non-Smoking.   
The house is located on Bull Lake, approximately 15 miles outside of  
Troy, Montana.  We are 30 minutes from Libby, Montana and 1 hours  
from Sandpoint, Idaho.  The house has hardwood floors, T&G ceiling,  
granite counters and Italian tile. The downstairs area is wall to  
wall carpet, as well as the master bedroom upstairs.  
There are large beveled windows throughout to enjoy the  
Cabinet Mountain and Bull Lake views.

Vacation Rental Amenities

There is a Private boat dock, Fireplace, Dishwasher, Washer and  
Dryer, jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, Charcoal BBQ, Blender,  
Spices, Coffee Maker, Toaster, VCR, DVD, Community Boat Ramp,  
Community Tennis Courts, Games and Puzzles.  There is a  
Phone for local calls, Long distance calls require a calling card.   
Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refigerator,Cooking Utensils, Pots and  
Pans, Rice Cooker, Linens and Towels are provided.  
 
There is a Community Center on the South side of the Island that  
offers a BBQ area and a great swim beach.  The swim beach is roped  
off so no boats are allowed within the swim boundary.  Bathrooms are  
also availiable here. 
 
Did I hear you like to fish?  Get the worms out and have a great  
time.  There are some big fish in this lake and they can be found  
right off our dock in the early morning and evening.  The Small  
Mouth Bass like to swim right under the bridge as you enter the  
community.  There is also a great place by the community center off  
to the left.

Activities and Attractions

Troy Montana is noted for being, "The Lowest in Elevation and the  
Highest in Recreation".  There are many wonderful things to do in  
the area: 
 
Ross Creek Cedars is just minutes away, located on the opposite side  
on the lake.  You can enjoy the cedar grove by taking the .9 mile  
self-guided nature trail which forms a winding loop through this old- 
growth forest environment. The wide path leads you past informative  
signs telling you the history and ecology of the many plant and  
animal species native to the grove. The giant cedars are  
approximatley 8 feet in diameter by 175 feet tall.  
 
Other Sites Include: 
Turner Ski Area, Kootenai Falls with a wonderful swing bridge,  
Kootenai River, Cabinet Mountains, Libby Dam, Lake Koocanusa (90  
Miles long).  Heritage Museums, Hiking, Fishing, Fly Fishing,  
Hunting "Deer, Elk, Moose, Bear, Grouse, Big Horn Sheep, Skiing,  
Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Water skiing, Cross country skiing,  
Mountain biking, and Rock Climbing.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rental only between (May 1st - September 30)   
$1100/weekly (Sun 4pm - Sun. 11:00am)  Weekly rental fee includes  
$1000 lodging fee and property managment fee of $100. 
 
Daily or Weekly rentals during off-season ($900/weekly,  
$150/daily "3 day min."). 
 
A $500 deposit is required as a reservation/security deposit. Summer  
vacation rents are paid in two increments-60 days(1/2 the balance)  
and 30 days (remaining balance) prior to your arrival.  
Your reservation/security deposit will be returned upon inspection  
of property after your departure. Cancellations must be made prior  
to June 1, cancellation deposits are returned minus $150.
