On the Beach - Tropical Breezes, Views & Play Options Galore in Mazatlan

Throw your cares away and relax to the bone or play to your heart's
content! This beautiful condo greets you with large windows
throughout - inviting in the fresh outdoors, including the sweet
tropical breezes that relax and refresh your spirit. Located just 4
miles north of the hub of the city center, the beaches go on forever
and are sparsely populated, giving you freedom from vendors and
crowds. There are three great restaurants within easy walking
distance. It's a quick ride in an open-air taxi or the bus to reach
the Golden Zone or downtown with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. We
are located in a very safe area and you can feel comfortable for
those early morning or evening walks.
The ocean is suitable for swimming, boogie boarding, and surfing.
Palapas just in front of the condo protect you from the mid-day sun
and the beautiful pool is large and great for lap swimming, or
just playing.
Sleeps up to 4 with a king bed in the master and a futon in the TV
room - which is great for kids.

There are salon and massage services next door with massages a
bargain at only $25! A quick 15 minute walk will take you to a
fantastic family water park, and there is a tennis court on the
condo grounds. During winter season, water aerobic classes are
available next door. This is truly your home away from home with a fully-equipped
kitchen, linens, beach towels, TV, DVD and CD players, washer/dryer, and a phone
for local calls. The friendly staff at the welcome desk is happy to
answer questions.

In addition, you can rent surfboards, 4-wheeled quads for zipping
along the beach, and horses are available for rent near by. If
you're in to flying - - parasailing is also available on the beach.
Take advantage of the cheap local bus service which picks up just 2
blocks from the condo - for approx. 45 cents you can get to any
place in town where you'll find fabulous local-style shopping and
lots of fun things to see and do. The open air taxis (Pulmonias)
are a great breezy way to get around also.
