Vacation Rental Description

Near Singer Island, this private cottage home located in historical 
Lake Park, is nestled on its own, with another  1924 historical home 
amongst lush tropical landscape. This secluded get away, is minutes 
away from the beach, marina's, or infamous Peanut Island. To 
entertain yourselves, stroll the intracoastal, play 
tennis at Kelsey Park, scuba dive, or take a local fishing 
charter.After too much fun in the sun... This little gem, is 
centrally 
located to shopping or dining pleasures. Off you go to Downtown at 
the Gardens or City Place. 
Had too much? Within ten minutes you will be home to relax...at the 
pool, barbeque, and enjoy the amazing sunset! 

The cottage   features, a private wrap around deck, 
large bedroom, with queen size bed, bathroom with shower,  
convertable Futon  
double bed, Mexican tile, washer/dryer, central Air/Heat, Satellite

Security Deposit: 
•	$250 security deposit  returned  within 10 days of vacating  
property. Additional $250 pet deposit, which $100  non-refundable. 
Reservations may be held with a Visa or Mastercard,  followed by a 
check. 
•	 Seasonal rental require 25% deposit  and  50% of full stay.
  
•	Cancellations permitted 40 days prior, with full refund, 
otherwise deposit is forfeited.
