Located downtown Delray Beach in the historic district Pineapple Grove. We have the main house up front with two units, The Loft and The Main Floor as well as The Cottage out back. Please inquire about our website!
Located in the heart of Delray Beach, we're only three blocks North of the
bustling downtown Atlantic Ave. and eight blocks to our beautiful beaches. Everything Delray has to
offer is only
minutes away.
This cozy, charming cottage is nestled behind an old two story house built in 1939 - the whole
property is filled with character and charm!
It's situated amongst two old large Ficus trees providing privacy and tranquility - very lush and
tropical.
The yard is fully fenced in so dogs are welcome, private parking, two private patios - one is your
outdoor dining area surrounded by bamboo - a beautiful teak table and gas grill perfect for your
family get together. Don't forget the beautiful outdoor wooden hot tub for soaking away all your
stress!

The cottage is newly renovated - clean and fully furnished:
Full kitchen with microwave oven, coffee maker, (complimentary coffee & tea supplied)
toaster, oven, pots 'n pans, dishes and utensils of course. Also comes with a private washer and
dryer, bathroom towels, beach towels, beach chairs, queen sized bed, small flat screen tv with a
built
in dvd player / digital tv, local phone, and internet.

vacation rental rates
This cottage is available weekly or monthly - please contact me for stays shorter than a
week. I'll do nightly if the cottage is available!
Off season (May - September) $600 per week and the monthly rate is negotiable.
In season (October - April) $800 per week or $2800 per month.
