just for fun!  Guest bedroom features captains twin beds, large  
closet and full bath/shower next to bedroom.  Full size sleeper sofa  
in GreatRoom for additional sleeping.   Plenty of room for an air  
mattress for extra guests.   
EXTRAS - Full Kitchen, Bar eating area, full dining area, Full size  
washer and dryer in unit, Gas Grill on large patio for grilling,  
Comfortable bar-height patio set for enjoying the lake view and  
peaceful sunsets.  Unit comes complete with Cable TV, DVD player,  
Playstation hook-ups for kids and the "big" kids too!  Full kitchen

May 15 through Sept 15 - $125 per night (2 night minimum) 
Holiday weekends - $150 per night (3 night minimum) 
Weekly Rates - $700 (7 nights) 
Off season Sept 15 through May 15 - $100 per night 
$500 per week (7 nights) 
$65 cleaning for all rentals. 
Check-in 4:00 pm  Check-out 11:00 am 
  
50% Non-refundable Deposit due within 7 days of booking.  Balance  
due in full 14 days prior to arrival.  
$250 - Security Deposit due with final payment. Refundable after  
cleaning and inspection.  
No Smoking or Pets Allowed in Unit.
