everything to offer including sugar white sands and panoramic views  
of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Located across  
30A, just 100 yds or a 2-minute walk to the beach. Gleaming hardwood  
floors and beautiful furnishings welcome you into this lovely home  
with its spacious layout, huge great room and adjoining dining area.  
The adjacent upscale kitchen features black granite counters,  
stainless appliances,custom cabinets and a long breakfast bar to  
seat 4. One bedroom on the ground floor has a Twin bed plus a hall  
bath. The second floor features the master suite with King bed and  
a "Giant", adjoining bath with double vanity, Jacuzzi and walk-in  
shower. A guest room with a Queen and a bedroom with 2 Twins and a  
hall bath complete the second floor. Both adult bedrooms open onto a  
wide porch facing the gulf providing wonderful views. Kids will love  
the tower which includes their own TV/DVD, a sitting area with  
loveseat and a separate sleeping alcove with 1T mattress. It will be  
their little getaway, while the adults relax in the comfortable  
living room. Flat-screen TVs/DVDs in both adult bedrooms and great  
room. Hi-speed internet. Only 75 feet to community pool where you  
can relax after a day on the beach. Just beyond the community is a  
lake with wooden bridge - perfect for some cane pole fishing. Gulf  
Place and Santa Rosa Golf & Beach Club nearby. Fifteen minutes to  
Silver Sands Outlet Center. Parking for 3 cars. Only a 10 minute  
drive to the new shops and restaurants at Grand Boulevard and  
Sandestin.
