shutters, lace curtains, window boxes is also electronically gated to  
ensure privacy and safety for small children.

and the finest weather in the world. Beautiful and picturesque, 
La Jolla's possibilites for adventure are as limitless as your imagination.

surfoards... within a couple of blocks from the house.  Swim, surf and  
scuba diving lessons for children and adults can be purchased here  
also.  You can make arrangements for tennis courts and pool use.  Torrey Pines PGA  
for golfers, walkers and hikers can walk to the Torrey Pines State  
Park, the Scripps Oceanic Institute,  Birch Aquarium, and LaJolla Cove  
are but a few of the attractions. Hand gliding, sky diving, fishing, golf...

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,900. - $2,900. per week, please call for monthly rates or long term 
reduced rates for stays 6 months plus - owner Lia Johnson. 
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, den could be used as 3rd bedroom - it has a  
queen size murphy bed and closet.  Qween size sofa bed in livingroom. 
10.50% tot for stays less than 1 month 
$150. cleaning fee
