Fort Lauderdale just off Los Olas Blvd. This 31st floor, beautifully  
decorated unit over looks the New River, Intracoastal and the Ocean.  
You will be mesmerized by the view from Pompano to Adventura. The  
apartment is spacious has outdoor patio seating and chaise lounges.  
Inside you have a dining area for 4-6. A bar area over looks the  
kitchen with new appliances, flat screen t.v. and granite countertops. 
Each bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed, television with  
cable, and private bath. The living room has seating for 4-10, large  
screen T.V., dvd player and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.

The Watergarden Condo is one of the most beautiful concepts of an  
elegant lifestyle. Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, its guests  
are with walking distance to many famous restaurants, shops and  
boutiques. There is a beautiful library, party room with a baby grand  
piano, private board room, computer room and business area, teen game  
room, pool and game room all with flat screen televisions.  The work  
out center offers spinning, pilates,and state of the art cardio  
machines. Private massage centers, and his & her lockers with saunas. 
The olympic size pool is heated, steam jacuzzi, private cabanas, bar  
and party area all located outside of the gym. One private parking  
space for guest and valet parking available. The building also has a  
beautiful theater with Bose sound system.

Activities and Attractions

Combine everything from this exciting location. It is perfect for  
business or pleasure. Walking, biking, jogging along the New River.  
The area is pet friendly and there is also a park within walking  
distance. Shopping, casual and fine dining are located just around  
the corner. The park has an atrium where the city has monthly  
events.  The Performing Arts Center, Discovery Center, Museum and  
Library are all within walking distance. You can bike to beautiful  
Fort Lauderdale Beach or take the Water Taxi which is located right  
outside the condo doors. There are also yachts available for  
afternoon or evening cruises. Downtown businesses and the courthouse  
are just a few blocks away. More restaurants and a Regal Movie  
Theater are located with in walking distance at the RiverWalk.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are based on a minimum stay of three months.  Longer leases are  
negotiable. All 3 month rentals are payable up front plus a $2,000.00  
refundable security deposit. 1 pet under 15 pounds is welcome, must  
be non aggressive and potty trained. Proof of up to date vaccinations  
required. An additional refundable deposit of $300.00 will be  
required for the pet. All deposits will be returned within 15 days of  
renters departure.  
December-March....$3,800.00 
April-May ... $3,400.00 per month 
June-November ... $3,400 per month
