Beautiful Grand Lagoon Home with Boat Dock. Quiet Family
Neighborhood. Large deck around the home overlooking the Beautiful
Grand Lagoon.
Boat Dock right in the back yard.
There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a
king size bed, bath. All rooms have sliding glass doors that open up
onto the deck.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, with full bathroom in the hall.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a queen sofa sleeper in
the living room. Dining area will seat 6 comfortably. House is
completely stocked with linens, towels, pillows, appliances,
refrigerator with icemaker,glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave,
small appliances, utencils, dishes, glasses, washer and dryer.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Three blocks to boat ramp. Plenty of parking in front of the house,
for your cars and boat trailer. 4 short block walk to the Gulf. 15
minutes by boat to the Gulf and Shell Island. We are located on the
East end of Thomas Drive, close to St. Andrews State Park, Captain
Anderson's Restaurant, Seafood Markets, Marinas, Sightseeing,
Fishing, Bait and Tackle shops, Golf Courses, Grocery stores, and
Super Walmart.
Activities and Attractions
Fishing, Snorkeling, Crabbing, Sightseeing, Night Clubs. Or just
relax and enjoy the Sun.
Vacation Rental Rates
Rates are May through September $200.00 per day 3 day minimum.
$1200.00 per week 7 nights. Plus $75.00 Cleaning fee. No one under
the age of 25 years may rent our house without a parent or
guardian. Responsible Families Only Please.
