Shawnigan Lakeview House in Shawnigan Lake

Fabulous, beautifully furnished 4 bedroom home (2600 ft sq)
with great views of Shawnigan Lake. Public lake access is just across the road,
and sandy Mason’s Beach is 1 km away. This large home sleeps 13
people and is ideal for 2 families. There is lots of room for adults to relax or
entertain while the younger generation has fun in the recreation room
or large fenced yard.
The house is fully equipped so just bring your clothing and personal
items and you’re set for a relaxing getaway. The summer is great for
outdoor activities, but the fall, winter and spring months are
wonderfully romantic and peaceful. Imagine a roaring fire in the
stone fireplace while you enjoy ethereal misty-lake views from the
warmth and comfort of the house. Or, take out the canoe and kayaks and
go bird watching or fishing.

Player, and gaming system. All linens, comforters and towels,
separate laundry room, propane barbeque.
Sporting Equipment for your use: Canoe, 3 kayaks, 1 adult
mountain bikes, badminton/volleyball net, bocce, table tennis and
billiards.
Living Room: View of the lake, wood stove in stone fireplace,
sectional leather sofa, ottoman, and comfortable fabric chairs.
Dining Room: Open to the living room. Settings for 8 at the table
with view of the lake.
TV room: Open to dining room. Sectional couch which converts to a
double bed, ottoman, entertainment unit with TV, DVD, VCR, and CD and
stereo.
Kitchen: All major appliances including dishwasher, microwave,
toaster, coffee grinder and maker, blender, cooking and baking
utensils, and lots of space for several cooks and friends.
Master Bedroom: Views of lake, queen size bed, ensuite bathroom,
walk-in closet, electric fireplace.
Bedroom two: Queen bed, TV and DVD
Bedroom three: Bunk bed with double on bottom and single on top.
Computer in this room.
Bedroom four: Downstairs and has a Double hide-a-bed, TV, DVD, VCR
and gaming system.
Entertainment room: Downstairs away from the rest of the living
space. Includes table tennis and billiards. Also has double futon
couch/bed.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with bathtubs.
Large fenced yard for outdoor games, and stone patio with table and
chairs for enjoying the lake view and soaking up the sun.

Shawnigan Village is 1.2 km away from Shawnigan Lakeview House with
coffee shops, bakery, restaurants, general store, post office, museum,
drugstore, bank machine, barber, medical clinic, Shawnigan Lake Spa,
kayak rentals and much more...
Water equipment rentals and full boat services available at The
Galley Marina on Shawnigan Lake. No need to bring your own boat,
waterskis, wakeboards or tubes as all is available to rent, including
a driver!!
Shawnigan Lake Community Centre, Kerry Park Recreation Facility (ice
skating rink, Skateboard Park, Horseback riding, and Wine tours of
the local vineyards are all close by.
