Vacation Rental Description

Freshly painted and newly decorated 4yr. old Coach Home ( 2nd fl. 
unit). Twenty minutes from SW Florida International airport,10 
minutes to the beach. The unit includes 2BR/2BA/Den, open design 
with vaulted ceilings, large LR, formal DR, spacious fully equipped 
kitchen. This is a non-smoking no pets unit.All linens and towels , 
pool/beach accesories included. There is a detached garage with 
electric door opener. Owners provide local telephone service ( w/o 
long distance, need calling card or credit card), cable TV, water, 
sewer and garbage removal.The master BR has a King size bed,second 
BR has a day bed that opens to two twins (equal to a king ).The Den 
has afull size pull out sleeper.The unit is 1800 sq. ft. including a 
screened lanai overlooking a lake.The community is gated with a 
24hr. guard house.

Activities and Attractions

The house is situated approx. half way between Naples and Ft. 
Meyers, driving time about 20 mins in either direction. Enjoy lots 
of shopping (outlets and a beautiful new indoor outdoor mall).Newly 
built Coconut Point Mall and 16 cinema movie theater approx 1/2 mile 
from Lighthouse Bay complex. Lots of fine dining within minutes of 
our home. Enjoy galleries and theater in the surrounding areas.
Beaches: The Bonita Springs area offers many beautiful beaches. They 
are: Lovers KeyState Park, Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach State 
Perserve, Delnor Wiggins State Recreation Area (WigginsPass)and 
Vanderbuilt Beach.All are available and open to the public use with 
plenty of parking.We are within minutes to several beautiful public 
golf courses.
 

Vacation Rental Rates

  Jan.-April $2700.00 per month
  Nov.-Dec.$2500.00 per month
  May -Oct. $2500.00 per month
  Security deposit required $1000.00 (returned upon inspection of 
unit)
  $200.00 Application fee
  $125.00 Cleaning fee
All rentals subject to additional 9% Florida Tax
  60 day minimum rental required by association
  50% of monies due 90 days before rental, balance due 30 days prior 
to occupancy.
