This wonderful Hawaii Vacation Rental is located 500 ft. above sea
level, overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean, not far from the
quaint town of Hilo.  This Hawaiian home is environmentally friendly
and is a solar home with a catchment system for water.  The home is
in a rural setting and is nestled on two tropical acres.  The views
from the home are the beautiful ocean, banana orchards, sugarcane fields,
and majestic, mountain views.

If your longing for a tropical getaway without all the tourist, this
will be the perfect vacation home to rent to find refuge.  Come join

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our Vacation Home offers 2 units. However, when you rent one of the units starting April 18th, we 
will not rent out the other unit unless you need to use it, so you will have the whole property to 
yourself to enjoy for some peace and quiet!!

3 BEDROOM RENTAL--which is the top two levels of the home. (PICTURES SHOWN BELOW)

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed with a 
breathtaking ocean view to wake up to every morning.  The two other 
bedrooms offer Queen size beds with wonderful mountain view.  The 
living room has a sleeper sofa.  This great vacation home can sleep 
up to 8 people comfortably.

There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and sink
with everything you need to prepare a great meal.  There is one 
private bath.  The living room is also a wonderful gathering place 
that has a welcome feeling with a gas fireplace, comfortable 
seating, and beautiful ocean view.  There is a dining room in the 
front of house right off the kitchen that offers a wonderful view of 
the ocean and is a great place to enjoy breakfast.

1 BEDROOM STUDIO--which is on the first floor of home. (PICTURES SHOWN ON OUR WEBSITE)

This great Studio offers one bedroom area with a massive King size 
bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa, which opens to a King size 
bed. This great vacation home can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

There is a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and sink
with everything you need to prepare a great meal.  There is one 
private bath.  The living room is also a wonderful gathering place 
that has welcome feeling with a comfortable seating, and beautiful 
ocean view.  There is a dining area right off the kitchen that 
offers a wonderful view of the banana orchard and is a great place 
to enjoy breakfast.

The rental includes all linens and towels needed for a wonderful 
stay.  Come join us for much needed getaway!!!

Activities and Attractions

Akaka Falls State Park is only a few miles from the home.  This park
offers a walking path loop that takes you to one of the tallest and
most beautiful falls on the Big Island.

Honoli'i Beach County Park and Hakalau Bay Scenic Valley County Park 
Beach are just a short drive from the home.  These wonderful parks 
offers surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, and beach.  Bring a 
picnic and enjoy paradise without all the tourist.

Hilo is a quaint town not far from the house.  Hilo offers: 
shopping, restaurants, museums, and many activities to do in this 
great jewel of a town. Hilo Bay is a breathtaking and a beautiful 
place to see with all the cruise ships docked there.  There is also
more sand beaches to enjoy.

Waipi'o Valley is also a great place to visit and is about a 1/2 
hour from the home. This is the Valley of the Kings and is the most 
beautiful place you will see on the island.

Volcano National Park is about 45 minutes away and is a must see 
place to explore. You are able to actually walk up to lava and view 
the island growing in front of your own eyes.

A Hawaiian vacation is a trip of a life time and there is unlimited
places to explore on this great island, too many to list!!
