If you enjoy St. Simons Island as much as we do, this St. Simons
Village condominium is for you. Just steps from the front door is a
private pool, and the beach is only short walk away. Enjoy your
morning coffee on the balcony, or sit on the bench by the pond, and
feed the ducks.
This spacious unit sleeps eight with a king-size bed, two queen-size
beds and two twins. It also has 3 ½ baths to comfortably
accommodate your family. Come and go through the front door or the
drive-under garage. An elevator runs from the garage to each floor
of this three-story condominium, good for carrying luggage, and for
those who cannot climb stairs. A well-equipped kitchen and elegant
decor are perfect for entertaining guests and for long-term
rentals. High-speed Internet and cable are provided, as well as
washer and dryer.

Apr-May $215/night $1300/week.
Sep-May monthly special $2000/month.

Special rates for dates such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July
and the weekend of the Georgia/Florida game (Go dawgs!).
A security deposit of $200 US is required to reserve dates.
