Vacation Rental Rates

November through April   $2200.00 per month 
                          $700.00 per week 
 
May through October  $2000.00 per month 
                          $600.00 per week    
 
Deposit required to secure rental:  $500.00   
Deposit will be returned after final cleaning. 
 
Non-refundable deposit for your pet: $50.00 
  
If cancellation is made 6 months prior to renting, a full refund  
will be made.
