This home is beautiful and much nicer than other beach rentals.  The 
pictures really don't do it justice.  Dune Fine is richly appointed 
from the 42" flat panel LCD HDTV in the Living Room to the granite 
counter tops in the gourmet kitchen, to the inground pool with 
integrated kiddie pool and pergola, and the private outdoor shower 
with hot and cold water.  

Relax and enjoy beautiful Gulf views from this 1st tier home on 
North Cape San Blas with gorgeous views of both the Beach AND the 
Bay.  Unobstructed Sunset views year round! Bay access via the 
private dock is right across the street and is a great place to keep 
your boat, launch your kayak, or head out into the Bay for scallops. 
Boat launch just down the street at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.

Located in a quiet upscale neighborood of 3 homes, with a short 
boardwalk to the beach just steps from the door. Wrap around decks 
on 2 floors. Crow's Nest loft with wet bar & 2 decks, one for 
viewing the sunrises over the Bay & one for viewing sunsets over the 
Gulf. 3 bedrooms + loft, 3 bathrooms, and open kitchen/dining/living room 
and 3 stories of decks create a comfortable place for 13 guests to 
enjoy their vacation.  Two master suites, each with a King bed, 
private bath, and deck.  Main floor bedroom has 2 bunk beds, one 
with 2 twins, and one with a twin and a double. Queen sleeper sofa 
in the living room & crows nest loft. Pack & Play portable crib for the

Privacy - only 3 homes share the beach and community dock on the 
bay. No homes next to or behind. Elegant Euro-tropical decor 
throughout the house. Gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite counters 
with 5 seats at the breakfast bar, hardwood floors, and stainless 
steel appliances.  

This wonderful beach house is located on the north end of Cape San 
Blas where the bluest water is on the Cape.  The Cape is a stretch 
of land running north-south, therefore the beach house sees the most 
beautiful sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the gulf all year 
long.  The area is family friendly, beaches are rarely crowded, and 
it is especially quiet by this community. Cape San Blas has been 
rated the #1 beach in America and is pet friendly.  The Cape is 15 
minutes from Port St. Joe and 30 minutes from Apalachicola or Mexico 
Beach, for additional shopping or dining pleasures.  Kids love to 
swim and boogie board in the shallow water.  Great for catching blue 
crab, hermit crab, and fishing.  We loved vacationing here so much, 
we decided to buy a home. You will love it too! Watch the dolphins

clocks.  All linens and towels. 

Activities and Attractions

Beachcombing, boating, scalloping, watching dolphins, gorgeous 
sunrises and sunsets, swimming, fishing, kayaking,snorkling, golf, 
bird watching, shelling, horseback  riding on the beach.  Rentals of 
all sorts - boats, toys, bikes, and equipment is just down the 
street. Shopping in Apalachicola. Lots of dining options on the 
Cape, the famous Indian Pass Raw Bar, and in nearby Port St. Joe, 
Apalachicola, and Mexico Beach.

April 18 through May 22, 2009 - $1,950/week

May 23 through August 21, 2009 - $3,300/week (Saturday to Saturday)

August 22 through September 11, 2009 - $1,950/week 

Reservations deposit 50% of total rent due when booking.  

Pet fee of $100 for dogs.

Please add $180 cleaning and linen fee & 11% tax.
