walking distance to the village, restaurants, and shops.  Very close  
to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. 
 
FIRST FLOOR offers a Living Room with a queen sized sleeper sofa,  
Dining Room with sliding glass doors to a deck with amazing view,  
very well equiped Kitchen, Laundry Room, Bedroom with a double bed,  
and a Full Bath. 
 
The Kitchen is very well equiped with double oven, microwave,  
dishwasher, toaster oven, food processor, coffee maker, bread maker,  
mixer, blender, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, large  
selection of pots and pans, dishes, glasses, and really everything  
you need.  The dining table seats 8 comfortably.  There are extra  
card tables/chairs for guests. 
 
SECOND FLOOR offers Master Bedroom with a queen sized bed and a  
great water view, another Bedroom with a double bed, then another  
Bedroom with a single bed, then of course a Full Bath. 
 
Plenty of deck and lawn furniture for your use as well as 2 kayaks.
