Perfect vacation home near harbor w/ pool & hot tub in East Hampton

Home features three (3) bedrooms, each with queen size beds, pull-
out sleeper sofa in the living room, and two full baths.

In-ground 16' x 32' swimming pool and a 5 person outdoor jacuzzi. The pool is open from late May through mid-October, and the jacuzzi is open year-round. To heat the swimming pool, there is a solar cover which works very well, and the propane heater can also be used. (Additional propane gas charges apply). In July and August, the pool gets full sun all day, so heating is not usually necessary.
The living room has a cathedral ceiling with skylight & lovely fireplace, 42" flat screen plasma hi-definition (HD) TV with surround sound & HD dvd player.
Central Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer, full kitchen, phone, wi-fi
(wireless internet) access, maid service, pool service, linens and all house supplies.
Outdoor gas BBQ grill.

The house is within walking distance of several marinas, and a 7 minute drive to the ocean beaches of Amagansett and East Hampton (Atlantic Beach, Two Mile Hollow, Main Beach).
During the week in the summer, the ocean beaches provide for daily
parking as follows: Atlantic Beach (Amagansett) for $10 per day.
Main Beach and Two Mile Hollow Beach are the only East Hampton
village beaches where you can pay by the day for parking - $20 per
day, weekdays only.
Alternatively, if you wish to purchase a village beach parking
permit for the summer season, you can purchase one for $300 at
the East Hampton Village Hall. which is located at 86 Main Street,
East Hampton, NY 11937.
The number of passes the Village issues is limited, and they tend to
fully sell out by the end of April, so please keep this in mind if you
are considering purchasing a parking permit for the
season. If you have any other questions about the parking permits

This property is also available for weekly rentals throughout the
fall and winter, at the rate of $1,500 per week, or weekends only (except holiday weekends & special events) at $300/night.

Holidays 2009: Rate for the Hamptons Film Festival/Columbus Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas - New Year's is $400/night with a 3 night minimum. Additional nights are $250 each.

Rates for summer 2010: 

$2,000 for Memorial Day weekend

$2,500 PER WEEK in June

$3,500 PER WEEK in July 

$14,500 for the month of August through Labor Day 

$2,500 per week during the month of September (after Labor Day)

October through mid-May : inquire for rates.

Security deposit, references, and proof of current residence and
identification are required.

During the summer months, the minimum rental terms are as follows:
1 week for the months of May, June, July and September; 1 month minimum rental for August. Thanks for understanding.
