Vacation Rental Description

Indian Mountain Lodge is an authentic log cabin home with  
spectacular eastern mountain views. Upon entering the cabin, take a  
moment to view the scenery as you embrace the comfort and warmth of  
the custom décor and furnishings. The great room, with antler  
chandeliers, stone fireplace, stereo, leather sofas, log dining  
table and kitchen provide a wonderful gathering spot for your family  
and friends.  
 
    For more entertaining, go downstairs to enjoy the wet bar and  
satellite on the HDTV with surround sound stereo. There are numerous  
DVD’s to select from. Enjoy the warmth of a second fireplace after  
selecting a board or card game to play. Never have an opportunity to  
enjoy some quiet time? Grab a book, sit in one of the Amish rockers  
on the patio or spread out in the hammock and take in the cool  
mountain breezes. For dinner, fire up the gas grill and prepare the  
river stone fire pit for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.  
 
    End the evening relaxing in our luxury Vita spa which will  
sweep you away with 41 high powered jets. Now that you are totaling  
relaxed, retreat to one of three bedrooms, each with a queen size  
bed topped with 3" memory foam and a hypoallerginic down comforter,  
private bath, walk-in closet, and French doors opening to your  
private balcony. After a restful nights sleep, arise to the  
beautiful sunrise over the mountains... anticipate what the day  
may hold... more relaxation, white water rafting, horseback

Vacation Rental Rates

Weeknights (Sun-Thurs)  $160.00/nt 
     Weekends  (Fri/Sat)     $175.00/nt            
     Weekly  (7 nights)     $1050.00/wk  
 
Fall Escape Special...Reserve 3 nts and receive your 4th nt FREE (Sun-Thurs)!!! 
 
Minimum stay: 2, 3 or 4 nights depending on the time of year. 
 
Security Deposit: $250.00 - this fee is required upon booking and  
will be refunded after the cabin has been assessed for damage,  
missing items, or further cleaning. 
 
Payment: The balance will be payable two weeks prior to arrival  
date.  If booking less than two weeks prior to arrival, full payment  
required at time of booking. Payment can be made securely through  
PayPal using a credit card, debit or checking account. 
 
Cleaning fee: $100.00 
 
Tax: 7.00% state tax and 3.00% occupancy tax. 
 
Cancellation: If reservation cancelled within two weeks prior to  
arrival, one night deposit will be forfeited. 
 
Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets!
