Your family will never want to leave this four bedroom/two bath one of a kind home just  
steps from the happiest place on earth.  As seen on the Discovery Channel, this home is  
more than simply a place to stay: it’s a magical experience for the entire family.  Several  
rooms were created by actual Disney Imagineers for the television show Monster House,  
and it’s now available as a vacation rental.   
 
This great home is located walking distance to Disneyland, Downtown Disney & Disneyland  
Hotel, and just a few miles from the Beach and additional theme and water parks. 
 
Watch Disney fireworks from the private large pool/patio backyard.  Eat breakfast at either  
the Alice in Wonderland dinning area with an infinity tea fountain or in the Matterhorn  
playroom while watching the LCD television.  The family room was made to feel like Toon  
Town’s Candy Factory and the kids won’t know if they are sleeping in Adventureland or  
Tarzan’s Tree house.

With two California King size bedrooms, one with a new baby’s crib with coordinating  
Pooh Bear bedding, a porta crib available, and two kids rooms, one with a twin bed and a  
NEW addition of an additional bunk bed with trundle and princess 
theme, the other with a bunk bed and a jungle feel, there is plenty or room for even two  
families!

Vacation Rental Rates

$550.00 per night, 3 night minimum 
$3300 - $3850.00 per week (certain dates & party sizes may be discounted by one free day) 
$700.00 deposit reserves dates, then acts as a fully refundable security deposit 
*$200.00 standard cleaning fee

Full payment must be received 20 days prior to stay 
Cancellation within 30 days forfeits deposit (pending on booking date) 
All utilities and taxes included 
Check in at 3pm, check out at 11am 
This home is for family stays ONLY. It is not for parties, reunions or meetings. 
Please book accordingly and understand if these terms are violated or the home is booked under false  
pretenses,  
monies are forfeited.
