floorplan is open, spacious and flexible for daily enjoyment as well 
as entertaining.  The amenities include a deluxe designer kitchen 
with microwave, dishwasher, convection and conventional oven, gourmet 
toaster and coffee emporium, bread machine and a sophisticated 
juicer; a delightfully decorated den with cable television; a flowing 
livingroom, dining area and kitchen that drink in the views of Cape 
Cod Bay; and, a grand master bedroom suite. The three full baths 
boast all the charm of Cape Cod yet all the amenities of the Ritz.  
The oceanfront deck overlooks the sugarsand beach of Manomet Point 
and offers a Weber gas grill for summertime cookouts. The Historic 
Lobster Pound village fish market is a 5 minute walk and offers a 
variety of fresh fish, lobsters and seafood daily. The residence is 
equipped with full internet access for the modern day traveler! And, 
for the laundry enthusiast, the home is equipped with high-quality 
washing and drying machines.   

Activities and Attractions

A nature trail system connects Manomet Point to the world-renowned 
Manomet Bird Observatory. These old-fashioned, meandering trails 
provide a unique opportunity to encounter the wildlife of Cape Cod 
and to discover the scientific work at the Observatory facility.

Historic Downtown Plymouth and Plymouth Harbor are 10 minutes away. 
The golf courses at the Pine Hills are five minutes from 
Manomet Point. Boston is a 45 minute drive. Fishing, Whale watching 
and excursions to Provincetown are available in Plymouth Harbor. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate for the month of June is $2500 per week. Rate for the months of 
July and August are $3000 per week. Rate for the month of September 
is $2500 per week. This property is rented from Saturday to Saturday. 
Departure time is 10 a.m. and Arrival time is 3 p.m.
