property is ideally situated, adjoining the popular seaside hamlet
of Rosemary Beach and is a short walk from the 12,000-sq.ft. lagoon-
style pool, amphitheater, the inviting shops of The Village of South
Walton Beach, and less than a 5-minute drive from the par-72
championship Camp Creek Golf Club.
Vacation Rental Amenities
"Serenity at Seacrest" is in a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood and
a short walk from the pool where you can enjoy the multiple,
cascading pools, fountain, cabanas and lush landscaping. The beach
is a pleasant 5-minute walk (or hop on the seasonal shuttle). A
gym, spa and tennis club are on hand in neighboring Rosemary Beach,
and the renowned restaurants, funky boutiques and galleries of
Scenic-30A are all within a pleasant ride.
The spacious and inviting great-room accommodates a large TV with
VCR/DVD and cable, and a fireplace. The dining-area seats 6 with
additional seating at the sizeable kitchen bar for 3. The
tremendous kitchen is well-stocked and has all stainless steel
appliances, upgraded fixtures, granite counter-tops, under the
counter ice-maker and wine cooler. A laundry room with a full-sized
washer and dryer sits off the kitchen.
The first-floor bedroom accommodates a queen-sized bed and large
walk-in closet and has direct access to the full hallway bathroom
with a garden-tub and separate shower stall. The oversized master-
suite sits on the second-floor and has a king-sized bed, walk-in
closet, large TV, and private bathroom with double vanities, a
whirlpool tub and a separate shower stall. Double patio doors
access a private balcony. The third-bedroom is on the second floor
accommodating a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, private bathroom
and has access to a private balcony. Two large bunks sit in a
pleasant alcove off the second-floor hallway.
The roomy tower room on the 3rd-floor accommodates a day-bed with
trundle, half-bathroom, wet-bar with an under the counter ice-maker,
large screen TV, and access to a patio with super views of adjoining
Rosemary Beach.
Activities and Attractions
Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including two directly on on
Scenic-30A.
Fabulous shopping in unique seaside communities scattered throughout
30A as well as the renowned Sugar Sands Outlet Mall in nearby
Sandestin (just 20-minutes to the west).
A terrific bike path runs directly by the community and meanders
through seaside communities, alongside lakes, through woodlands and
beach areas. The path runs from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-
miles in length with 9-miles being off-road. A real fun activity for
all the family and bike rentals are available throughout 30A.
Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach
area, within a few miles to the west.
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.
Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped
oaks.
Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,
watersports can be found in nearby Destin (which hosts the largest
charter-fishing fleet in Florida!). Extensive kids attractions and
amusements can be found in nearby Panama City Beach.
