Rates are $3200/month for December-April and $1800/month for May-
November. Renter pays electric, phone & housekeeping (if
desired). One month security deposit required, plus 11% Florida &
Broward County Tax, and an $85.00 cleaning fee at end of lease.
Rates discounted for rental of more than a 4 month period.
