Vacation Rental Description

Slip away to a quiet relaxing place at Sea Ranch Villas, located in 
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. You are situated between Commercial and 
Atlantic Blvd off AIA, on the ocean side.  Walk just a mile down the 
road to several fun beachside restaurants, bars, & shops at the 
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Fishing Pier.  Less then 1/2 mile away is a 
friendly shopping plaza to meet all your needs. Lauderdale-by-the-
Sea is a quaint town located within Ft. Lauderdale only 20 minutes 
from downtown and Las Olas Blvd.

Sea Ranch Villas is a private association of townhomes with friendly 
people, private beach access & a large community swimming pool.  
Outside your patio door is the beach just 30 feet away, seemingly 
undisturbed by the hustle and bustle of Ft. Lauderdale.  This condo 
is your oasis by the sea.  Recently updated, this townhome has all 
the creature comforts of home.  We treat it like our second home and 
hope you feel the same way.  Large comfy beds, white tiled 
bathrooms, a clean up-to-date kitchen with granite countertops will 
make your stay wonderful.  Wake up in the morning and have coffee on 
your patio while you watch the sun rise over the ocean. Relax and 
enjoy your private retreat by the sea.

New linens, sheets, towels & carpeting throughout.
Comfortable living area to relax and unwind.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, fishing, walking on the beach, strolling for seashells, 
boating in nearby Ft. Lauderdale, excellent upscale restaurants, 
casual beachside dining.  45 minutes south of Palm Beach, 20 minutes 
north of Ft. Lauderdale and 1 hour north of Miami & South Beach.  

Vacation Rental Rates

THere is a 2 (TWO) Month minimum Rental, per association rules.  No 
exceptions.
Rates are $3200/month for December-April and $1800/month for May-
November.  Renter pays electric, phone & housekeeping (if 
desired).  One month security deposit required, plus 11% Florida & 
Broward County Tax, and an $85.00 cleaning fee at end of lease.  
Rates discounted for rental of more than a 4 month period.
